Audrey and Alfie provides wholesome food for little people, so parents can relax knowing their little one is getting the nutrition they need to play and grow, whilst enjoying some well-deserved time back in their week.

Audrey & Alfie was started by two Melbourne-based Mums driven by a shared desire to ease the mental and physical load of parenthood, without compromising nutrition.

Zoe, a dietitian, and Carly, an education and wellbeing policy professional, experienced the ‘parent juggle’ firsthand with their four little ones. They felt there was a lack of nutritious options for both bowls and finger foods available to parents, so created the solution they needed for themselves.

The range was designed for all ages and stages, on-the-go or at home. They choose locally sourced and organic ingredients where possible, keeping quality high and food miles low. The food is based on the same recipes they use at home with their kids, so it’s made from whole foods from across the core food groups, and meals are packed full of vegetables.
