Handmade with love in a commercial kitchen in Coolum Beach, and available online for free local delivery, Growing Groms is community minded and incorporates local products wherever possible (think organic bone broth, pasture-raised eggs and fresh produce!).

 

Growing Groms packaging is compostable, their food sleeves are made from 100% recycled paper, and they leave no waste upon delivery.

Only nutritious wholefoods

Growing Groms go the extra mile to ensure the foods used to curate recipes are in their most natural state. Nourishing your little ones comes all the way down to our methodology in our kitchen. For example, we buy blocks of cheese and hand grate to avoid anti-caking agents found in grated cheese. In addition to this we source our produce as fresh as possible through a small local Coolum farm fresh store that picks up direct from farms around the Sunshine Coast and Gympie region. We opt for pasture-raised eggs from a regenerative farm in the Mary Valley, free-range chicken, pasture-raised beef, grass-fed butter/ghee and organic herbs and legumes.

Sustainability at the core

Growing Groms has a simple answer to the big problem of packagin waste that often comes with meal delivery services. They deliver when you are home, direct to your freezer without leaving any boxes, plastic or ice bricks, or customers can loyally place out an esky if they wont be home. It is a simple and easy way to we work together towards sustainability. All packaging is home and industry compostable, and food sleeves are made from 100% recycled paper. Growing Groms also consciously choose from local farmers to support regenerative farming practices for sustainable futures.

Convenience

All meals are snap-frozen and can be stocked neatly and compactly in your home freezer for those days or nights that cooking isn’t a priority or possibility. The bowls are compatible with air fryers, ovens and microwaves – just pop off the lid, heat and serve. Plus, they are delivered to your door within 36 hours of ordering for free. You can’t get much more convenient than that.
