  • Antenatal Pelvic Floor and Labour Preparation
    • Pelvic floor assessment to guide your specific labour preparation, address any concerns and to tailor an individual pelvic floor exercise programme
    • Expert labour education including anatomy, physiology and practical advice and preparation
    • Postnatal recovery management including specific education about pelvic floor muscle and abdominal wall recovery
  • Early Postnatal Care (<6 weeks)
    • Early postnatal pelvic floor assessment and tailored guided recovery advice and care plan
    • Abdominal wall assessment (DRAM) and personally tailored recovery exercise programme and management
    • Lactation breast care advice including education to minimise risk of mastitis
  • Postnatal Pelvic Floor and Abdominal Wall Care (>6 weeks)
    • Postnatal pelvic floor assessment to address any concerns and to prescribe an individualised pelvic floor exercise programme
    • Abdominal wall assessment (DRAM) and personally tailored recovery and exercise programme
    • Breast care and lactation related support including: – mastitis education and treatment – lactation related conditions and concerns – phone support
